These Terms & Conditions apply to adults only. No person who is not legally of adult age in Bangladesh (18 years or older) may use the taka platform. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately, and the refund of deposited funds will be subject to review.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registering an account on taka requires accurate and complete information. Signing up with false or fabricated details is strictly prohibited, and taka reserves the right to cancel any such account. Each individual may only hold one account — if multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing account access with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact taka support immediately and change your password.
Users must refrain from harassing other users, conducting unlawful activity, interfering with platform systems, or using automated software on the platform. taka reserves the right to take appropriate action to maintain system integrity and ensure a fair experience for all users.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
- Accounts may be suspended or closed without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Accounts suspected of fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity will be closed immediately.
- Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
- Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be reviewed, and a decision on refund will be made following an investigation.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Information
All transactions on the taka platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfer are available for deposits and withdrawals. Each payment method has its own processing times and limits.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts are not permitted. For first-time verification, a copy of your national ID or passport may be required.

All gaming and betting outcomes are entirely random and impartial. taka does not guarantee any specific result. Wins and losses depend entirely on the nature of the game and chance. taka is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform.

Terms Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of Bangladesh. Both users and taka will endeavour to resolve disputes through mutual discussion in the first instance.
